Cedric Farmer is a visionary Executive Director and community leader with over 30 years of experience developing and implementing programs that strengthen communities, support justice-involved individuals, and expand access to behavioral health, housing, education, and workforce resources. As the Founder of Urban Recovery Los Angeles (2022), he has an extensive expertise in partnership development, policy implementation, organizational leadership, community engagement, and systems change.
