A seasoned operations and finance professional with over a decade of experience in budget management, compliance, and organizational oversight across the education, nonprofit, and legal sectors. Cynthia oversees financial administration, vendor coordination, and project budgets to ensure efficiency and adherence to institutional and regulatory standards. Prior to joining Bridge Street, she served as Director of Operations at The Opportunity Institute, where she managed complex budgets and supported program growth with an equity-centered approach. Her earlier experience at UC Berkeley School of Law included managing administrative operations and supporting senior leadership and academic initiatives.
